COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lth Electronics MPD53 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motorola products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motorola such as the DS3578SRBU0100UR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 910A1C2008 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3895376 by Manufacturer Micron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand DS065S114SU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Migatron-Corp such as RPS426A80 equipment made by Migatron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Migatron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Migatron-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS006S100SU made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular BTL5P1M1524PS32 original spares produced by Micropulse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBM30100 by Mhc--S and RPS426A80 spares by Migatron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS150Z218SU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
